Everything we do, feel, think is reflected on our bodies, our MOVEMENT as HUMAN.

Through BIODANZA the MOVEMENT TRASFORMS THE BODY - rigit, plaster, awkward to a light and fluid curl, graceful, sensual, expressing delight, harmony, beauty ...


BIODANZA"S TECHNIQUE is based on inducing integrative "vivencias" through the music, the movement and gathering situations in a group context, in order to progressively build an atmosphere of confidence, in a way that the participants can experience in an integrative way, more affectionate, spontaneous and creative forms to relate to others.

A BIODANZA CLASS lasts aproximatelly 2 hours. There is a verval introducing part; where we share our experience in relation to the previous session and clarify doubts on the theory side of the Biodanza System. The second part is practical "vivencial" which has an integrative sequence of exercises with the purpose of initiate a progressive process of change that involves the body in all levels; physical, emotional and existential.

Come with comfortable clothes.

Introducction to Biodanza

What is Biodanza?

Biodanza is a system that promotes the expression, integration and development of the human potentials that maniftest through vitality, creativety,sexuality, affection and transcendence.

Biodanza's technique is based on inducing integrative "vivencias" through the music and movement in group context, in order to progressively build an atmosphere of confidence, in a way that the participants can experience an integrative, more affectionate, spontaneous and creative forms, to relate to others. 

A Biodanza session lasts approximetly 2 hours. There is a verbal introduction; where we share our experience in relation to the previous session and clarify doubts on the theory side of the Biodanza system.  The second part is practical "vivencial" which has an integrative sequence of excercises with the purpose of initiating a progressive process of change that involves the body on all levels; physical, emotional and existential.

VISHNU invita a cuidar del calor íntimo de la vida y del hogar, guardar el fuego dentro de nosotros, permanecer en el éxtasis de lo cotidiano, conectados a la tierra. Dar a la vida la solemnidad indispensable para hacer de ella un hogar de crecimiento y maduración.


BIODANZA es un sistema que sigue los ritmos naturales de la sabiduria de la vida. Estimula la comunidad despertando conciencia de solidaridad universal. Ayuda a los participantes a recuperar su alegria y vitalidad celebrando la sacralidad de la vida.
